  • All transactions are subject to Solana network fees

  • That defects will be corrected
  • Freedom from viruses or harmful components
  • Privacy or confidentiality of messages

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolMe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of cryptocurrency or digital assets
